Fundamental Movement: We Aim To Provide An Environment Built On The Education Of Safe And Efficient Movement. 

Performance: The Execution Of Safe And Efficient Movement At A Challenging Intensity, Volume & Duration. 

It Took Many Years To Build A Lifestyle Based Fitness Studio That Appeals To Such A Broad Range Of Individuals. From Children To Adults, FMP Fitness Studio Has Achieved Its Goal Of Developing Member Confidence As Well As A Sense Of Connection To Their Community. FMP Fitness Studio Offers Upwards Of Ten Group Fitness Classes Per Day. Each Of Those Classes Is Designed, Instructed And Monitored By A Highly Qualified Personal Trainer. Every Day We Spend Our Class Time Educating Our Members On The Fundamentals Of Exercise, Providing Them A Safe And Productive Environment To Accomplish Their Own Personal Goals.

After 13+ years of experience in the field of personal training, there are two attributes of my work that stand above the others. One is relishing the ability to teach and instruct. The other is the development of long lasting client trainer relationships. Some of which have lasted the duration of my career. I continue to have the desire to equip our members and clients with the tools necessary to build and maintain a well rounded approach to wellness and longevity.

My passion for health and wellness has blossomed from an early adolescence of obesity. Hailing from the National Personal Training Institute, 12+ years of experience has helped me refine that initial pursuit of transformation into a balanced approach of sound movement and functional strength. I relish both the opportunity and responsibility of being the cornerstone for movement in the lives of my clients. I also have the privilege of calling many of my clients life-long friends, and it is my goal to continue to bring that initial spark I found so long ago into my work everyday.

As both a gym owner and a mother to three children, one of my greatest passions is to share my love of physical activity and exercise with them. A former marathon runner, spin cyclist and kickboxer myself, it was not until my time at NPTI where I was exposed to my current and long lasting passion of strength/resistance training. It is my belief that the foundation of strength training, metabolic conditioning and most of all sound nutrition, provides the greatest measures of success.

Besides my accomplishments as a raw world record holding powerlifter, I am also a mother. This diversity in responsibility refines my perspective of both sport and lifestyle. I enjoy sharing the value of strength, not just in a competitive field, but in life itself. Life will always demand of us to be strong and physically capable. It is important to develop and carry that strength throughout our lives.

A 60 minute personal training session provides the client a one on one session with a certified personal trainer. All facets of the experience are customized to the individuals goals and needs

A 30 minute personal training session provides the client a one on one session with a certified personal trainer. All facets of the experience are customized to the individuals goals and needs.

Unlimited monthly membership

An unlimited monthly membership provides the member daily access to all of our many group classes. Each group class provides an instructed experience with a certified personal trainer.

A two or three day a week monthly membership provides the member access to all of our many group classes up to 2 or 3 days each week.

punch card

A drop in rate provides the member access to any of our daily classes and may attend once per drop in. Whereas a punch card provides 10 such classes.
